Jim Lane is a graduate of Texas A&M University. After working for 15 years in business and as a CPA, Jim founded his own construction company, Horizon Builders in 1993. Jim is a longstanding member, Vice-President and director of the San Angelo Home Builders Association and a member of the National Association of Home Builder's elite Builder 20 club.  Jim is a GRADUATE MASTER BUILDER.  Jim earned his GMB designation through the National Association of Home Builders by completing a difficult and intensive series of curriculum, attaining his CERTIFIED GRADUATE BUILDER CERTIFICATION, and being actively involved in the building industry for over a decade.
